Be aware of how dates, places and who were part of this conspiracy were presented. Notice the music and the selections of sound effects used for this film. Examine the Producers backdrops and how each dramatic episode is perfectly que'd.

Also keep in mind that this AWARD WINNING documentary was produced on a Shoe String budget, borrowed equipment and severe time restraints. The Producers made huge sacrifices, including "completely" exhausting there limited Personal funds to complete this documentary.
 

Yet, as you watch this film...
You can't help but think that there was a divine force behind the making of this film. For this film/documentary have not only been accepted by one of the most prestigious body of film critics in America (The New York International Film Festival), it was it awarded the winner (Best) "Social Justice Documentary" For 2010.

We must take a moment and appreciate what the Producers produced in behalf of Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York(e) freedom. And the awareness to thousands viewed this film on what really happened on May 8th 2002.



A BOGUS CHARGE OF CHILD MOLESTATION THAT WAS SO WEAK THAT IT HAD TO BE THROWN OUT. THUS A RICO CHARGE (STRUCTURING MONEY) WAS ADDED WAY AFTER THE  INITIAL INDICTMENT.
 

A heinous kidnapping. Torture and a unprecedented prison sentence of 135 years, based on HEARSAY alone. No DNA evidence, or any convicting evidence for that matter has ever been submitted. Then to add insult to injury, The Judge held Court (Illegally) on Martin Luther King birthday ( A Legal Holiday).
 

Lastly, The Producers of this film needs our help to tour the world and expose the lies and Judicial abuse in the Malachi York Case. No one else will step in at this point to help us. WE ALL WE GOT!.
